One World Aid Group

Biography

One World Aid Group, is a multinational holding corporation dedicated to assisting governments, institutions, and individuals in regards to development and sustainability of communities worldwide. World Aid offers products that can provide more stability to its members, such as community development, corporate services, financial services, and healthcare services through its main subsidiaries, World Aid People Helping People Organization (PHPO) and World Aid Alliance International Youth Organization (AIYO). The group was founded in 2021, by Illamina, a private holding trust and global intelligence agency. It was later acquired by UIX™ One Bank, the financial subsidiary of One United Group.

Foundation

One World Aid Group was founded on December 28th, 2021, and officially incorporated on January 1, 2022, in New Jersey. The group was originally founded as a center for economic development on a grassroots level. In early 2022, the organization had its start working closely with other organizations in the northern New Jersey area, such as People Helping People In Need, Inc, and the International Youth Organization, Inc. On January 1, 2023, Shawn Carey, the heiress and daughter of the One United Group CEO, Dr. Weyman Carey, was officially named President of One World Aid. Immediately upon election, she initiated the implementation of the "Shed Some Light" program, a community development plan designed for usage of optimal economic strategies suited for community growth. Her presentation was given a unanimous voting result, which led to her being appointed as the Chief Executive Offer of One World Aid by the end of the year. Since the beginning of 2024, the organization has made significant developments in the charity tech space as well as philanthropic consulting for other non-profit Institutions.
