The World Aid Group was founded on December 28th, 2021, and officially incorporated on January 1, 2022, in New Jersey. The group was originally founded as a center for economic development on a grassroots level. In early 2022, the organization had its start working closely with other organizations in the northern New Jersey area, such as People Helping People In Need, Inc, and the International Youth Organization, Inc. After much time of community work, the organization had decided to expand its operations, and after the unfortunate death of its former Executive Chairman, Qaron Al Din Abd'Allah, his spouse, Ishaan Qaraei, was named as the new COO of the firm, and their son Elijah Qaraei-Abd'Allah, became appointed as the new Executive Chairman, with Elijah's mother, Ishaan. And with the green light from its young visionary Chairman, the group had recently started to moved from New Jersey to New York to be headquartered at the One World Trade Center, where it set up base operations in order to spread its influence on a global scale, and from there it would work with more investors and institutions on bringing aid, development, and stability to many nations worldwide.
